Payment:

We accept Venmo: @PalmSpringsBottledWater, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks mailed to our billing department or given to your Driver upon delivery.

This order will be charged to your RNJ Distribution account and will appear on your next billing statement.  Please review your statement and contact a Customer Service Representative at 877-357-0295 with any questions or concerns.  

Your account must be current and in good standing. Invoices past 30 days will receive a 2% late charge and could also suspend delivery. 

All delivered products are subject to a “Delivery Charge” per delivery.

Return Policy

Once delivered, bottled water is not returnable or refundable. We can give you credit for the empty returned but can’t issue a credit for any water delivered. Please NEVER put anything liquid or chemicals in your empties that you are using from us.

If you paid for bottle deposits and return the bottles in the same condition delivered, you will receive a check for $6.50 per bottle returned once the account is closed and all empties are picked up.

If you want to cancel service just let us know and you can leave your dispenser/empties out on your next scheduled delivery. A $25 cleaning fee for your dispenser will be added to your invoice once picked up.
